Season Schedule:
Our season schedule, which will include practice times and tournament dates, will be shared as we get closer to the start of the season. Please review it with your family once it is received and make note of important dates. We will participate in two tournaments per month, starting in February. The tournaments will be played over a weekend, with two games on Saturday and a win or go home model on Sunday.
International and Regional Tournaments:
As part of the IBA, Klean Swings players will be eligible to register for and participate in one or more international tournaments a year. These tournaments are held in different locations around the world, including Dubai, Japan, Spain, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic and Korea, among others. Klean Swings will also participate in either the Cal Ripken or the Perfect Game World Series in 2026, which will be held out of state.
IBA Golden Bats:

These will consist of two button down game jerseys, two practice jerseys, two hats, two pairs of baseball pants, two pairs of socks, belt, and a gear bag. Make sure to wear your baseball pants, socks and cleats for every field practice and game. You can wear shorts and tennis shoes to practice at the indoor facility. Bring your glove, bat, and helmet to every practice and game.
Team Fees:
Enclosed with this letter is a schedule of our team fees for this season, broken down by month. Please review it with your family and make note of the due dates each month. All payments can be made through the portal on or before the due date. A 10 percent discount will be extended to players that pay the full season dues by January 15, 2026.
Private Training:
Travel baseball requires serious dedication of your time and effort, as well as of your parents’ time and effort. Team practices, while helpful, take a wholistic view on the development of the team and do not focus on the specific skills of an individual player. Daily practice is essential for success. This can be done by hitting off a Tee at home, throwing a ball against a wall and fielding, or practicing with your parents. In addition, we strongly recommend two to four private lessons per month. These lessons allow the coach to spend time on developing the player’s ability by tailoring a program that will enhance the player’s specific skill set.
Our coaching staff is dedicated to helping you develop your skills, work as a team, and most importantly, have fun. Throughout the season, we will focus on building not just physical abilities but also sportsmanship, teamwork, and a positive attitude on and off the field.
Making the team is a significant achievement, and you should be proud of your accomplishments. We are confident that this season will be a rewarding experience for you. We can’t wait to see you grow, compete, and enjoy every moment as a valued member of the Klean Swings baseball team.
To each parent and guardian, we encourage your support and involvement this season. Whether it is cheering from the sidelines or helping at team events, your role is vital to our team's success.
To officially accept your position, please fill out the waiver on our website intlbaseball.com located in your player dashboard. Once received, you will have 48 hours to submit your deposit payment online.
Once again, congratulations, and welcome to the team.
