The IBA is a baseball development powerhouse bringing world-class coaching, elite training programs, and international competition opportunities to young athletes around the world.
International baseball is on the rise. The game is gaining serious traction, with thousands (if not millions) of youth players engaged in organized programs across different countries. Exposure of athletes to the styles and disciplines of the international game has been lacking. From the strong discipline exhibited in Asian countries to the determination of the Central and South American players, the game is expanding beyond the expertise of U.S. Baseball.

Whether swinging your first bat or chasing a college scholarship, we’ll help you level up your game. Our coaching staff brings years of experience from the high school, collegiate, and professional levels. With MLB-affiliated clinics, modern performance training, and real pathways to scouting and scholarships, the IBA is where International Baseball begins its next chapter. The International Baseball Academy is led by respected baseball trainers and mentors with decades of experience in developing youth and elite-level talent in the United States and abroad. Our deep roots in the game, combined with an extensive network of college coaches and professional scouts, laid the foundation for a bold vision: to bring premier baseball development to the global stage.
That vision is becoming a reality. IBA is launching a series of training centers and academies across the world that offer year-round coaching, high-performance clinics, and access to MLB-affiliated instruction. Our athletes include top ranked players in their region, exemplify the level of talent anddevelopment that IBA is now bringing across the world. With monthly camps, top-tier coaches flown in from around the U.S., and international tournaments, IBA is more than just a baseball academy; it’s a movement.
