Since 1991, our focus has been on teaching the fundamentals of baseball to youths of all levels. The fundamentals are vital in order to be successful in baseball. Our academy has competed in elite national World Series tournaments, such as AABC, PONY, USSSA, and USA Baseball. We have coached players of all skill levels and are proud to have sent players to some of the top College Baseball programs in the nation, with over 150 athletes to Division I, Division II, and to several professional teams. Rolando Hernandez founder and director of International Baseball Academy has been coaching youth baseball since 1987. His coaching experience also includes five years at the varsity level in Archbishop Carroll High School where they reached the state final in 2001, and is currently on his fourth year as hitting instructor forChristopher Columbus High School varsity team.
